IT Supply Chain Talent Development Program

P&G is a global consumer goods company with over 180 years of history, recognized as a global Supply Chain Master by Gartner for 10 consecutive years. The role is based in the European Planning Hub in Warsaw, focusing on developing capabilities in Automation, Digitization, and Analytics (ADA) within the supply chain domain.

• Student in 3rd, 4th, or 5th year or recent graduate with a bachelor's or master's degree, passionate about business and technology, with experience in IT projects (academic, personal, or professional).
• Proficient in English; good knowledge of Polish is an advantage.
• Knowledge of PowerBI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Knime, or practical experience in VBA, SQL, Python, or R is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of IT preferred, result-oriented, and capable of completing projects.
• Open to sharing and receiving feedback, eager to learn and work in a diverse environment.

• Contribute to P&G's business growth by implementing improvements in automation, digitization, and analytics.
• Lead significant projects and initiatives with full responsibility for business outcomes.
• Gain knowledge of business practices, technologies, systems, corporate culture, organizational structure, and management styles.

Only candidates who are students or recent graduates are eligible. The internship is based on an employment contract. English language proficiency is required. The position is located in Warsaw, Poland.
