Senior AI Engineer

P&G Polska SP.Z O.O is hiring a Senior AI Engineer to work at their Warsaw Downtown office.

• 5+ years of proven experience in Python and SQL.
• Experience in data modelling, design, development, and deployment of Data and Analytics products.
• Experience in Agile and DevOps methodologies with knowledge of tools such as Jira, GitHub Actions, unit testing & mocking, static code analysis (e.g., Sonarqube), and source control management tools (e.g., GitHub).
• Knowledge of Azure cloud infrastructure including load balancing, autoscaling, firewalls, and authentication.
• Knowledge of Databricks.
• Knowledge of logging and monitoring technologies such as Logstash, Grafana, Kibana.
• Knowledge of CI/CD processes and development using GitHub Actions and GitHub.
• Knowledge of infrastructure build tools and languages such as Terraform and Ansible.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Partner with data scientists, data managers, analysts, infrastructure engineers, and peer AI Engineers to develop, operationalize, integrate, and scale new algorithmic products.
• Engage in proof-of-concepts and experiments to evaluate new models and technologies.
• Develop high-quality, standard-compliant, and tested code.
• Refactor the code of others as necessary.
• Contribute code and tools to central re-usable libraries and repositories.
• Develop data models, model features, data quality tests, ETL/ELT pipelines, and distributed compute architectures.
• Deploy algorithmic products across the clouds, leveraging cloud-native services.
• Manage and automate cloud resources using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Implement DevOps, DataOps, and MLOps principles in daily work.
• Develop continuous integration, delivery, and training pipelines.
• Use observability and automation tools to manage operations of algorithmic products across the stack.
