Junior IT Manager

P&G Polska SP.Z O.O is hiring for its Warsaw IT offices, which provide solutions for global sales, marketing, logistics, HR, and product development departments. The company focuses on technology innovation to build advantage and deliver IT to help P&G succeed with consumers worldwide.

• Young professionals with passion for business and technology and experience working on IT projects (during studies, personal projects, or first professional experience).
• Strong leadership, innovation, and interpersonal collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical skills with specific technical or deep IT understanding preferred.
• English fluency at Upper-Intermediate or higher level.
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Coordinate technical changes and requirements to establish the right user experience as an Application Engineer on platforms such as MS Azure, Salesforce, Magento, Oracle Siebel, Google Cloud.
• Communicate and cooperate with involved parties, lead solution development, release management, and operations for IT systems as a Technical Project Manager/Scrum Master using Modern Application Development frameworks including Design Thinking, Agile project management, and CI/CD.
• Establish service delivery, gather business requirements, lead process simplification, issue resolution, and manage changes as a Service Manager using tools like Jira, GitLab/GitHub, Selenium, Jenkins, Panaya, Zephyr, RallyDev.
• Investigate business problems, compile data sources, and use advanced analytics to provide business insights as a Business Insights Analyst / Data Scientist using Python, R, KNIME.
• Work with the InfoSec Team on Application Security, supporting business and DevOps with various tools and processes as an Application Security Engineer.
