IT Outsourcing Sales Manager

The company specializes in IT recruitment, particularly in the data sector, helping clients expand their project teams with IT professionals.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in active sales of IT outsourcing services in the T&M model, supported by an extensive business contact network
• Experience working with enterprise-class clients
• Proven ability to establish cooperation with international and Polish clients
• Independence in conducting sales processes and ability to create individual sales strategies
• Experience in communication and cooperation at various organizational levels
• Highly developed negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to manage time and priorities effectively
• Very good command of English enabling fluent communication
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint)

• Searching for new clients and establishing cooperation to increase presence in the IT outsourcing market
• Further developing cooperation with a strategic client in the IT outsourcing area (banking)
• Identifying and defining client needs in IT outsourcing
• Scheduling and conducting business meetings with potential clients, including presenting individually tailored offers in Polish and English
• Achieving set sales targets
• Finalizing transactions and ensuring timely closure of sales
• Participating in conferences and industry events to promote company services
