AI Tech Product Manager

The client is a global technology and management consultancy focused on digital transformation in the financial services industry, delivering data-driven solutions for banking, payments, capital markets, wealth and asset management, insurance, and the energy sector.

• 5-10 years of experience in product management, technical program management, or engineering leadership roles
• Solid understanding of AI/LLM-driven solutions and complex multi-component architectures
• Familiarity with AI agents, vector databases, and data processing pipelines (hands-on coding not required)
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence, communicate clearly, and maintain alignment
• Proven track record of coordinating cross-functional technical deliveries
• Ability to remove obstacles, clarify direction for engineering teams, and ensure high-quality outcomes
• Comfortable working independently in fast-changing environments
• Ability to manage several initiatives simultaneously with strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive-level audiences

• Lead the full lifecycle of multiple AI/LLM-based initiatives, from initial concept and requirements through MVP delivery
• Build strong relationships with business stakeholders, ensuring continuous engagement, demos, and feedback loops
• Elicit, structure, and maintain product and solution requirements, including business architecture and data/AI workflows
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to translate requirements into working solutions and keep execution on track
• Manage stakeholder expectations by providing clarity on scope, progress, timelines, and deployment readiness
• Drive parallel initiatives, ensuring efficiency and consistency across a diverse portfolio
• Support operational readiness, including handover, communication, and early-stage user support
