AI Engineering Lead

• Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
• Around 2 years of professional experience in a similar role
• Strong expertise in Python and solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (6+ years of experience)
• Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Practical knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
• In-depth understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), including transformers, embeddings, tokenization, and API integrations
• Experience with prompt engineering and orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or Semantic Kernel
• Knowledge of AI design patterns and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) approaches
• Up-to-date understanding of AI trends, tools, and industry standards
• Strong software engineering skills, with adherence to coding standards and best practices
• Experience with code reviews, debugging, automated testing, and version control systems
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools (e.g., GitHub, Azure DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience deploying and maintaining AI solutions in enterprise environments
• Ability to implement logging, monitoring, and alerting mechanisms
• Solid understanding of scalable system design, including asynchronous processing and multithreading
• Systems thinking approach and problem-solving mindset
• Experience designing secure, scalable, and resilient architectures using microservices, serverless, containers, and API-driven solutions
• Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns (messaging systems, pub/sub, event-driven architectures)
• Knowledge of IAM, RBAC, secrets management, and network security concepts (e.g., VPCs, firewalls)
• Experience building web applications and processing large-scale datasets

• Design and deliver modern, production-ready applications powered by AI technologies
• Contribute to the definition and evolution of high-level solution architecture
• Produce clear and well-structured technical documentation
• Support software releases and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve technical challenges
• Present technical concepts and implemented solutions to clients in a clear and business-oriented manner
• Drive innovative approaches to solution development throughout the project lifecycle
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, promoting engineering excellence within the team
