IT Systems Analyst

We are a software house with over 20 years of experience, specializing in integration, business processes automation, and application development. Our team consists of professional and talented people working on local and international projects across various industries including insurance, banking, telecommunications, and manufacturing.

Technical requirements:

• Experience in building SQL queries
• Experience in collecting and managing business requirements
• Experience with reading source code and technical documentation
• Experience with REST and SOAP communication
• Ability to analyze and read XML and JSON
• Experience with testing tools: SoapUI, Postman, Insomnia
• Decent knowledge of UML
• Knowledge of Enterprise Architect and BPM

Additional requirements:

• 3+ years of professional experience in IT Systems Analysis, preferably with enterprise software solutions
• Great communication and analytical skills
• Ability to learn quickly
• Knowledge of software systems integration issues and tools
• Good command of English
• Fluency in Polish (MUST)

Nice to have:

• Experience with insurance services domain

• Assessing the client systems architecture currently in place
• Collecting requirements and coordinating the implementation
• Developing system specifications and project documentation
• Participating in creating test conditions and scenarios
• Conducting workshops with clients related to the analysis phase of new business requirements and presenting proposed solutions

Fluency in Polish is a must. The position is preferably based in Warsaw, Poland. Employment type can be B2B or employment contract. Working mode is flexible with remote work and one office visit per week.
