Scrum Master

For a client from the industrial automation sector operating in multiple areas including the military, pharmaceutical, and food industries.

• At least 3 years of experience leading IT teams as a Scrum Master
• Knowledge of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
• Servant-leadership mindset
• Experience in building and supporting self-organizing teams
• Understanding of software development fundamentals, processes, and procedures
• Experience in a technical role
• Documented successes in implementing organizational or process changes

Nice to have:

• Scrum Master certification
• Leadership experience (e.g., Team Lead, Product Owner)
• Knowledge of critical thinking

• Organizing and conducting sprints
• Monitoring development progress/sprints
• Working to maximize team productivity, removing obstacles and introducing changes
• Solving current problems, planning changes
• Responsibility for risk management together with the development team
