Software Systems Engineer

We are recruiting for a global organization operating in the aviation industry, focused on developing advanced avionics and embedded systems used in modern aircraft.

The team works on safety-critical software and system-level solutions for next-generation aviation platforms. It’s a stable environment with long-term projects and strong engineering standards.

You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team working on embedded systems, with real impact on system architecture, requirements, and certification processes.

• Experience in safety-critical software development (full lifecycle)
• Strong experience with C/C++ (embedded)
• Ability to work with system requirements and maintain traceability
• Experience with code reviews and quality standards
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (systems, stakeholders)
• English min. B2

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of standards like DO-178C, ARP4754
• Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering
• Background in avionics or other regulated industries

• Work on system-level architecture and requirements engineering
• Translate system requirements into software design and implementation
• Develop and maintain embedded software (C/C++)
• Participate in code reviews and ensure compliance with standards
• Support software verification, validation, and certification processes
• Identify risks, safety, and reliability issues
• Collaborate with systems engineers and international teams
• Contribute to process improvements and engineering best practices
