Software Developer (Java + React) - Smart City

Incubly is a company supporting tech companies and startups (scaleups) in fast, high-quality scaling of their teams and boosting product development, testing, and deployment. They are currently working with Arrive, a global mobility platform active in over 90 countries and 20,000 cities, providing solutions like smart payments, optimized parking, and EV charging to create more livable cities and better travel experiences.

• Hands-on development experience in Java or Kotlin, focusing on backend systems
• Proficiency in Spring Boot framework and the wider Spring ecosystem
• Experience with database migration tools such as Flyway or Liquibase
• Familiarity with React and JavaScript for frontend contributions
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design and consumption
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, especially GitHub Actions
• Strong skills in data modeling and use of PostgreSQL, Snowflake, and Looker
• Bonus: experience with Kafka, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Ability to write robust automated tests and maintain code quality
• Deep understanding of clean code principles and building scalable, maintainable systems

• Collaborate with teams in different business areas to understand the complex relationship between hardware and software
• Understand requirements for integration and data elements from those areas
• Acquire and document every aspect of the different areas to understand the solution
• Develop and implement new communication between hardware and software areas ensuring correct data communication
