Wymagania
- Advanced level of English (spoken and written).
- Proven experience with business process automation or Hyperautomation solutions.
- Hands-on experience creating visual business process mappings using BPMN 2.0 notation.
- Experience working in Agile project environments and coordinating daily activities.
- Knowledge of ITIL principles.
- Experience assessing automation opportunities and calculating total benefits.
- Strong ability to gather, understand, and translate business requirements into actionable deliverables for development teams.
Obowiązki
- Gather and analyze business requirements for Hyperautomation solutions (RPA, AI, Power Apps) in cooperation with Business Process Owners and Experts.
- Coordinate the full lifecycle of Hyperautomation solution development from idea to delivery.
- Identify, validate, and assess business processes for automation and intelligent automation.
- Organize and deliver presentations for business users and stakeholders.
- Create and maintain the Process Definition Document (PDD).
- Ensure Hyperautomation solution delivery aligns with plans and RoCoE standards.
- Explore and evaluate new technologies and innovation opportunities within Hyperautomation.
