Master Data Specialist with DE

The position is for a Master Data Specialist at an international FMCG organization based in Wrocław. The role involves managing and maintaining high-quality master data within the organization's IT systems, working closely with business and IT teams in an international environment.

• Experience in a similar role (e.g., Master Data Specialist, Junior Master Data, Data Analyst, Data Administrator or related)
• Knowledge of SAP systems and experience with SAP MDG or other Master Data management tools
• Familiarity with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow
• Good understanding of business processes and the impact of data quality on their efficiency
• Analytical thinking skills, good organization, and attention to detail
• Communicative proficiency in English and German (minimum B2 level)

Nice to have:

• Experience in SAP S/4HANA environment
• Knowledge of Data Governance and Data Quality Management principles
• Participation in migration or transformation projects
• Ability to prepare reports and analyses (e.g., Excel, Power BI)

• Manage, maintain, and update master data in ERP systems (SAP) and supporting tools
• Ensure high quality, consistency, and compliance of data with applicable standards and procedures
• Work in SAP environment (ECC / S/4HANA, SAP MDG) and handle tickets via systems like ServiceNow
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to accurately reflect business requirements in data
• Analyze data errors, identify root causes, and participate in process improvement activities for Master Data
• Support implementation projects, data migration, and initiatives related to data governance and data quality
