Junior AI Tester (M/K)

BIAP (Biuro Inżynierskie Automatyki Przemysłowej) is a Wrocław-based engineering company with over 35 years of experience in industrial automation, robotics, and electric drives. They are partners of Rockwell Automation, Danfoss Drives, and ASTOR, delivering comprehensive automation projects for industry across Poland.

• Practical experience with LLMs and AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude Code, LangChain or similar
• Basic software testing knowledge including test pyramid and writing test cases
• Experience testing REST APIs using tools like Postman or curl
• Basic SQL skills for queries, joins, and data verification
• Proficiency with Git including branches, commits, pull requests, and reading diffs
• Ability to read logs and independently diagnose issues
• Polish language for communication and internal documentation
• Technical English for SDK and API documentation
• Curiosity and independence in task execution

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Python (FastAPI, async), JavaScript (Node.js, Express), or C# (.NET)
• Experience with test frameworks such as pytest, jest, or vitest
• Basic Docker skills (build, compose)
• Experience with multi-agent systems or agent frameworks
• Experience with Playwright or Selenium for E2E testing
• Testing non-deterministic systems (snapshots, tolerances)
• Linux and bash knowledge
• Basic understanding of TLS/mTLS

• Test the AI system WorkMate, including microservices and AI agents
• Write test cases and verify LLM responses
• Analyze logs, reproduce and document bugs
• Perform REST API tests and verify database states
• Implement new functionalities using Node.js, Python, and C# (after initial phase)
• Conduct code reviews and write technical documentation
• Participate in architectural decisions, write Architecture Decision Records (ADRs), design new modules, and analyze trade-offs (future phase)
