Key User SAP FI/CO (m/k)

• Minimum 3 years of experience working with SAP in the FI area (Key User, consultant, or similar role)
• Practical knowledge of financial processes including general ledger, payables and receivables, fixed assets, payments, bank statements, period closing (month/quarter/year), and basic controlling topics (costs, budgeting, reporting)
• Understanding of SAP FI integration with other modules (e.g., CO, MM, SD)
• Experience working with business users and supporting ERP systems
• Ability to analyze reports, identify problem causes, and propose solutions
• Experience gathering and refining business requirements
• Ability to document processes and prepare change specifications
• Good work organization and ability to set priorities
• Communicative English language skills (minimum B2)

Nice to have:

• Experience in SAP projects (implementations, rollouts, optimizations)
• Experience with SAP CO module
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA
• Experience in production environment
• Knowledge of accounting and/or tax requirements

• Provide ongoing support to SAP FI users (1st level support)
• Analyze reports and escalate incidents and changes to higher support levels
• Collect, consult, and formalize business requirements
• Set priorities for changes in cooperation with stakeholders
• Collaborate with process owners, IT teams, and Key Users locally and internationally
• Participate in testing new functionalities and coordinate tests
• Document business processes and propose improvements
• Transfer knowledge and conduct training for end users
• Support execution of cyclical financial processes (e.g., month, quarter, year-end closing)
