NetSuite Administrator (m/f)

RSM Poland specializes in implementation, optimization, and localization services (translation and adaptation to Polish requirements and standards) of Oracle NetSuite cloud ERP software. It is the largest official Oracle NetSuite Partner in Poland and collaborates with Oracle within the NetSuite Solution Provider program. The company is also the creator of the Polish Localization Package for Oracle NetSuite, a set of modules supplementing the NetSuite financial system in compliance with Polish legal and tax requirements.

• Higher education (preferred fields: computer science, finance, accounting, economics, or related).
• Experience working with Oracle NetSuite as an administrator, consultant, key user, or ERP implementation specialist.
• Experience with data or BI tools (e.g., data modeling, reporting) is a plus.
• Documented career path in finance, consolidation, taxes, or controlling is a plus.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Responsibility, commitment, and proactive work approach.
• Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
• Very good command of English (minimum B2+/C1).

• Configuration and ongoing administration of the NetSuite system.
• Maintenance, updates, and user support.
• Implementation of new functionalities and optimization of existing solutions.
• Analysis of client needs related to ERP systems, especially financial and accounting modules.
• Coordination and participation in implementation projects for Polish and international clients.
• Support in configuration and mapping of business processes.
• Analysis of financial and accounting processes and recommending improvements.
• Creating implementation documentation, user manuals, and test procedures.
• Conducting training for system users.

Candidates located in Poznań, Warsaw, Katowice, or Szczecin can work onsite or hybrid in company locations. Fully remote work is also possible. Work hours are flexible between 8:00 and 18:00.
