Junior Project Manager – Quality & Delivery (f/m)

• Use of project and ticket management tools (e.g. ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, Jira – depending on the project)
• Use of Microsoft 365 / SharePoint
• Use of Microsoft Copilot & AI tools to support documentation and summaries, analyze data and project information, improve communication and productivity (advanced AI knowledge not required)
• Early stage of a career in project management, IT, process, quality, analysis, or operations
• Highly organized, detail oriented, and proactive
• Motivated, responsible, and eager to learn
• Comfortable working in an international environment
• Good command of English (daily communication in projects)
• Flexible and willing to go on occasional business trips

Nice to have:

• First experience in IT projects
• Familiarity with project or ticketing tools
• Interest in quality, process improvement, or automation
• German language skills

• Supporting Project Managers in the operational delivery of international IT and Process projects
• Monitoring tasks, milestones, timelines, and delivery quality
• Performing quality checks on tickets, requirements, and project documentation
• Cooperating with IT, support, and business stakeholders
• Preparing reports, summaries, and status updates for project teams and management
• Maintaining project documentation and data consistency (e.g. SharePoint, project tools)
• Supporting and organizing project meetings (agendas, notes, follow ups)
• Identifying risks, delays, or inconsistencies and escalating them when needed
• Gradually taking ownership of selected project areas or workstreams
