Junior Java Developer with German

• German language at C1 level (fluent written and spoken communication)
• higher education in IT (Bachelor/Master) or equivalent qualification + professional experience
• minimum 2 years of commercial experience with Java (Java 8+)
• good knowledge of Java core concepts (e.g. lambdas, generics, concurrency basics)
• minimum 2 years of experience working with Git
• experience working with Jira and Confluence
• basic experience with Linux (terminal, package management)

Nice to have:

• minimum 1–2 years of experience with Spring Boot
• experience in building RESTful APIs (min. 1 year)
• experience with testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito) (min. 1 year)
• experience with CI/CD tools (e.g. Gradle, pipelines)
• basic frontend knowledge (React, TypeScript)
• experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban) (min. 1 year)
• English at B1 level

• develop and maintain backend applications using Java
• support implementation of new features and system improvements
• work with REST APIs and backend services
• collaborate with team members in Agile environment
• write clean and maintainable code
• participate in code reviews and testing activities
