• Proven expertise in AI technologies, process optimization, and digital transformation (5+ years in senior roles)
• Minimum 5 years in product management, with at least 2 years working on AI/ML products
• Hands-on experience and fluency with process workflows and process tools (minimum 3+ years)
• Strategic mindset with strong hands-on execution skills, comfortable bridging vision to delivery
• Exceptional facilitation and workshop leadership to inspire leaders and cross-functional teams
• Networking prowess and collaboration skills to build ecosystems for AI innovation
• Knowledge of enabling functions domain (GHSE segment scope) processes and AI applications
• Excellent communication, adaptability, and a passion for driving change in dynamic environments
• Solid understanding of machine learning concepts, capabilities, and limitations
• Ability to develop and execute product strategy aligned with business objectives
• Understanding of business models, ROI calculation, and value proposition development
• Proficiency in data interpretation, metrics definition, and familiarity with product analytics platforms
• Excellent skills in managing expectations across technical and business teams
• Ability to communicate with engineers about technical requirements and constraints
• Strategic thinking with the ability to balance innovation with practical execution
• Fluency in English business communication; good German is an additional benefit but not required

• Develop and execute the strategic AI/digitalization roadmap for the GHSE segment, aligning with business goals
• Optimize processes and deploy digital and AI solutions to enhance efficiency and innovation in GHSE operations
• Identify opportunities to optimize business processes (cost, time, quality)
• Translate business objectives into actionable AI product requirements
• Design and lead workshops with digitalization and AI-impacted teams to co-create and implement solutions
• Build strategies for AI competency development, including training programs and skill-building initiatives
• Drive networking and collaboration across internal teams, partners, and stakeholders to accelerate AI adoption
• Hands-on involvement in concept ideation, prototyping, and operational execution of AI projects
• Work closely with data scientists, engineers and IT teams to guide product development
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate product vision, progress and trade-offs
• Define success metrics and KPIs for digitization and AI products, tracking performance against goals
• Make data-driven decisions on feature prioritization based on user feedback and business impact
• Ensure ethical AI practices and compliance with relevant regulations and standards
• Bridge gap between technical AI capabilities and business value creation
