Digital Product Owner

The organisation is a well-established entity in the Not For Profit sector, known for its focus on impactful projects and initiatives. Operating as a large organisation, it is committed to leveraging technology to drive meaningful change and improve processes.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in delivering digital projects, preferably in the role of Product Owner
• Experience working in large organisations with complex structures
• Higher education degree
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
• Ability to diagnose and solve complex problems with consideration for long-term impact
• Practical knowledge of the Scrum framework (PSPO certification is an advantage)
• Knowledge of Salesforce, Jira, and Confluence is a plus

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritise requirements for technology-driven initiatives.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of product features.
• Maintain and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.
• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to achieve project goals.
• Monitor product performance and implement changes to enhance efficiency and user experience.
• Ensure all product deliverables comply with organisational standards and policies.
• Monitoring and controlling the project budget
