Intern Product Designer (m/f)

Grupa Pracuj is a leader in HR technology in Central and Eastern Europe, supporting enterprises in recruitment, retention, and employee development. The group operates the largest Polish job portal Pracuj.pl, the Ukrainian job portal Robota.ua, and recruitment management systems eRecruiter and softgarden, serving millions of users monthly. The internship takes place within one of the companies participating in the Polska Rada Biznesu Program Kariera.

• Knowledge of Figma and Miro
• Initial experience in creating low-fi and hi-fi projects
• Familiarity with product creation methods such as Design sprint, Opportunity Solution Tree, Personas
• Interest in design and new technologies
• Willingness to learn and understand the work of a Product Designer in depth
• Communication skills and ability to present and argue effectively
• Communicative English language skills (B2) in speaking and writing

Nice to have:

• Experience working in a product company
• Knowledge of workshop techniques

• Support the team of experienced Product Designers in daily tasks
• Participate in the product design process at every stage from Discovery to Delivery
• Create user flows, information architecture, low fidelity and high fidelity mockups, prototypes, specifications, and product communication under the guidance of an experienced Product Designer
• Participate in data analysis collected during the research process
• Participate in user and client research
• Collaborate with the development team and Product Manager during product/feature implementation
• Prepare projects in Figma and boards in Miro
• Work closely with Product Designers and Product Researchers
