AI Product Engineer

We’re Tooploox, part of Solvd Inc. We create AI-powered products and services across industries including healthcare and e-commerce. Our team includes nearly 200 specialists with a 40+ person R&D team and many PhDs. We have published research in top-tier venues like NeurIPS and ICML and deliver real-world AI applications.

• Strong full-stack engineering ability with experience shipping end-to-end solutions independently.
• Fluency with coding agents, multi-agent orchestration, context engineering, and LLM APIs.
• Curiosity and creativity demonstrated by side projects and experimentation.
• Clear communication skills with non-technical stakeholders.
• Problem discovery instincts to identify real problems and question assumed solutions.
• Client-facing confidence to run demos and navigate feedback.
• Comfort with ambiguity, speed, and context switching across multiple projects.
• Product and UX sensibility to build coherent and usable solutions.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with enterprise constraints such as identity/permissions, secure data handling, and integrations.

• Own end-to-end increments from scope through build, demo, and handoff.
• Work across the stack: frontend, backend, LLM integrations.
• Use coding agents and agentic engineering workflows to move fast.
• Partner with Pre-sales, GTM, and product discovery teams to understand client problems and constraints.
• Make scope tradeoffs balancing speed with learning.
• Spot patterns across projects and flag opportunities for reuse.
• Contribute to tooling and workflows to help the team ship faster.
• Document what you build for handoff or extension.
