IT Project Manager – Client Partner in Software Delivery

Our client is a leading international company delivering e-learning solutions to clients across Europe and the USA.

• Minimum of 5 years of IT project management experience
• Experience and technical knowledge in software development (web and mobile applications)
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Ability to independently lead projects and make decisions
• Experience with both agile and waterfall project management methodologies
• Ability to lead business and technical discussions with clients
• Experience with project management tools: Jira, Smartsheet (or similar)
• Experience in presales, including drafting statements of work and creating project estimations
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering on time, within budget, and to a high standard
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration and accountability

• Actively drive project execution by removing blockers, clarifying scope, and ensuring the team can deliver efficiently
• Translate business needs into clear requirements and help the team understand the context behind the work
• Build strong client relationships and guide them through complex decisions
• Take responsibility for the overall success of the project, including client satisfaction and long-term impact
• Proactively identify risks and address them before they impact delivery
• Create an environment where the team can work efficiently by removing blockers, clarifying priorities, and supporting decision-making
• Support and challenge the team to deliver better solutions, not just execute tasks
• Foster a collaborative and productive work environment
• Provide clear, meaningful project status updates focused on risks, decisions, and next steps
• Continuously improve project processes, communication, and tools
