• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Fluent Polish and communicative English
• Basic knowledge of Polish labor law or willingness to learn quickly

• Support the recruitment process by posting jobs, coordinating interviews, staying in touch with candidates, and helping move things forward
• Assist in handling HR and employment documentation
• Onboard new team members
• Maintain the office environment by keeping it welcoming and well-stocked with drinks, snacks, and supplies
• Support employee motivation and engagement initiatives such as team events and seasonal touches
• Work closely with leadership to build and nurture BONES' culture
• Maintain and improve internal people and office processes
• Serve as the go-to person for team members on people- and office-related questions
