We are the JavaScript Foundations (JSF) team in Warsaw. We are key partners in building the "UI Paved Road" at Netflix, operating within a global, virtual organisation that shepherds JavaScript across the entire company — from the browser to Node.js services powering our studio and streaming systems.

Our product isn’t a single app — it’s the developer experience itself. We own the strategy for dependency management, supply chain security, and TypeScript, ensuring the ecosystem remains healthy, secure, and modern across both browser and server.

• Deeply understand how developers use JavaScript at Netflix to create the optimal solutions and abstractions for their use cases, and to help drive and evolve recommended practices
• Collaborate with teams internally and in the JavaScript community to shepherd and evolve the JavaScript vision at Netflix
• Provide and integrate libraries, tools, or workflows that enable developers to build JavaScript software efficiently
• Reconcile the needs of our internal ecosystem against the trends of the external ecosystem
• Define and improve the dependency management, packaging, and publishing story for Node.js
• Address complex architectural problems with simple, intuitive designs
• Drive adoption of new technology into existing complex systems
