Middle Full Stack Software Engineer (Java, Vue.js)

The client is a leading provider of vehicle lifecycle solutions headquartered in Chicago, connecting a network of insurance companies, repair facilities, parts suppliers, and data providers to enhance productivity and customer experience in transportation.

• 4+ years of experience with Java/J2EE, Source Code Management (GitHub, Maven, AWS), SoapUI, and Microservice development (Spring Boot)
• Experience with HTML, JavaScript, and Vue.js
• Knowledge of Spring and Hibernate
• Experience with PostgreSQL and MySQL
• Skills in defining clear interfaces/APIs using Web Services Technology (REST, SOAP)
• Understanding of socket-level and multi-threading programming
• Experience with AI tools like Cursor and Copilot
• English language proficiency at upper-intermediate level

• Interact effectively with project teams, managers, and end-users
• Actively participate in software development and automated unit testing
• Complete development tasks within the agreed timebox
• Participate in technical discussions and collaborate closely with the team
• Identify areas for refactoring and optimizing existing systems to improve performance, maintainability, and scalability
• Apply innovative thinking and multitask
