Software Engineer (Kotlin + Python)

Our client is a Scandinavian supplier of software and services for purchasing and tendering processes in highly formalized conditions, such as orders in accordance with public procurement law at the level of the European Union or individual member states. The delivery center is located in Utrecht. Client’s platforms allow to announce tenders and conduct the entire procedure of collecting and evaluating offers at every stage of the purchasing process. They are used both by public administration bodies at various levels in European countries and by purchasing departments of large companies and corporations.

• Strong hands-on experience with Kotlin for backend development
• Solid experience with Python for scripting and data processing
• Practical knowledge of AWS and infrastructure provisioning (preferably with Terraform)
• Experience working with Kafka for event-driven architectures
• Strong understanding and experience in building REST APIs
• Familiarity with system integrations and distributed systems
• Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions is a plus)
• Basic knowledge of SQL
• Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana) is a plus
• Knowledge of HubSpot or willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment

• Developing integration solutions between MN, HubSpot, NetSuite, and internal platforms
• Designing and building scalable, secure, and maintainable backend services
• Operating integrated systems (deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting)
• Creating scripts and tools to automate business processes and workflows
• Maintaining and improving HubSpot workflows and integrations
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth end-to-end system communication
• Ensuring high system reliability, performance, and observability
