AI Expert (Agentic AI / LLM / Angular/JSP)

People More is a technology company working on projects for a large client base domestically and internationally. They build projects from scratch or partially, including UX, UI, frontend, backend, and mobile, working directly with clients and supporting partners worldwide.

• Very good knowledge of Angular
• Hands-on experience using AI in software development, including LLMs, automation, and agentic workflows
• Experience building or working with AI agents/tools such as Copilot, GPT, or similar automation solutions
• Ability to quickly deliver working solutions
• Experience working with legacy applications (JSP is a plus)
• High level of ownership and responsibility for delivering results
• Very good English and Polish language skills

• Rewriting the existing legacy JSP application into a new solution based on Angular
• Analyzing the current application using screenshots and existing codebase if needed
• Designing and implementing the frontend part of the system based on existing branding without dedicated UX/UI design
• Using AI, including Agentic AI, as a key element of the development process
• Building and orchestrating AI agents supporting application development
• Automating the application development process using LLM-based tools
• Iteratively delivering working parts of the system with visible progress every 2 weeks
• Regularly presenting progress (demos) to the client
