• Strong experience as a Project Manager in complex, cross-functional environments
• Proven track record in change management and transformation initiatives
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
• High level of business and organizational savviness
• Experience working in R&D or innovation-driven environments, preferably with exposure to physical products
• Understanding of innovation programs and transformation dynamics
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment with multiple stakeholders
• Fluent English (C1+)
• Technical or scientific background
• Experience integrating external technologies into existing ecosystems
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Change Management (e.g. Prosci, APMG)

• Lead and drive transformation initiatives within a high-maturity team environment
• Manage end-to-end project delivery, including planning, timelines, and execution tracking
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration, organizing and facilitating meetings across multiple teams
• Work closely with senior stakeholders (VP level) to shape and drive transformation strategy
• Support integration of external technologies and innovation solutions into the organization
• Build and maintain project plans, roadmaps, and governance structures
• Ensure effective change management and adoption across stakeholders
• Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities, and proactively manage them
• Drive clarity, alignment, and communication across all project streams
