UX/UI Designer

• At least 2-3 years of professional experience in UX/UI design and front-end development
• Strong proficiency in design tools (Figma, Miro, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar)
• Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+)
• Experience with at least one modern JavaScript framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js)
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design
• Portfolio demonstrating both UX/UI design and front-end development work
• Good command of English (B2 level) essential for working on international projects
• Excellent communication skills required for day-to-day coordination with diverse teams

Nice to have:

• Experience with TypeScript and modern UI animation libraries (Framer Motion, GSAP)
• Experience conducting user research, including usability testing and stakeholder interviews
• Familiarity with design systems, component libraries, and accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Knowledge of CSS preprocessors (Sass, Less) and version control systems (Git)
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments or consulting/client-facing roles
• Understanding of CI/CD principles and cross-functional collaboration with back-end developers
