Senior Cybersecurity Analyst – Data Security (DLP)

• Hands-on experience with DLP tools such as Symantec DLP, Proofpoint, Trellix, Zscaler, Microsoft Information Protection
• Strong understanding of Data in Motion and Data in Use security
• Experience in managing and tuning DLP policies
• Background in system/network administration, preferably in cloud environments
• Experience in testing, manual or automated
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence
• 5+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, preferably in Data Security
• Experience in regulated environments, financial services is a strong plus
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and make risk-based decisions

• Support and drive the Data Security and DLP strategy across the organization
• Act as a subject matter expert in DLP policies, controls, and governance
• Implement and optimize DLP tooling in line with security standards
• Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders across Cybersecurity, IT, and Business
• Monitor and report on DLP performance using KPIs and metrics
• Work closely with Control Owners, Service Owners, and Technology teams
• Support testing activities including test planning, execution, and defect management
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements
• Proactively identify and mitigate data-related security risks
