Lead Analytics Consultant

• Experience in cooperation at leadership/management level
• Proficiency in data modelling using Kimball methodology
• Experience developing full data pipelines at scale
• Interest or experience in data governance, data mesh, and self-service analytics
• Expert knowledge of Python, Spark, Azure, dbt, and Databricks
• Practical experience using AI-powered assistants (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to improve software delivery

Nice to have:

• Experience applying GenAI within the software development lifecycle including workflows, prompt patterns, or tool integrations
• Interest in and familiarity with emerging AI-driven practices such as agent-based workflows, automation patterns, and AI-augmented development

• Cooperate at leadership/management level to collect requirements, provide recommendations, and translate business needs into data products
• Develop full data pipelines at scale (terabytes) from ingestion through modelling to reports
• Set up, document, and propagate new processes including Data Governance
• Test different tools and suggest new ones
• Build internal reports to monitor data processes
• Provide recommendations for internal tools development
• Monitor trends in data to identify new use cases

Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.
