IT Operations / Support Engineer

We are looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer to join a client-focused technology team supporting business users in a fast-paced environment.

• Min. 4+ years of experience in IT / Desktop / Technical Support
• Excellent communication skills
• Advanced knowledge of English
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience with scripting/automation (e.g. PowerShell)
• Solid communication and user-facing skills

Nice to have:

• Experience in financial services
• Familiarity with market data or trading platforms
• Experience with tools like Jira or device management solutions

• Provide hands-on support across hardware, software, and workplace technologies
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues end-to-end
• Support Windows and macOS environments
• Deliver high-quality user experience and guidance
• Contribute to incident management and continuous improvements
