Senior Project Manager

Ework Group is hiring a Senior Project Manager with a technical background, preferably with hands-on experience in Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), regulatory compliance, and stakeholder management within a banking environment.

• 5+ years of experience in IT Project Management, preferably within banking or financial services
• Proven track record of delivering complex IT and Security projects at scale
• Strong understanding of Project Management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
• Hands-on experience with or strong knowledge of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) solutions
• Experience working with tools such as JIRA or similar project tracking tools
• Solid understanding of IT Service Management and project governance practices
• Strong experience in stakeholder management, including senior/executive level
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT and Security projects end-to-end
• Own project timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery
• Act as a Delivery Lead, driving accountability across cross-functional teams
• Establish and maintain project governance frameworks, ensuring adherence to internal standards and best practices
• Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Define and oversee project documentation, status reporting, and executive dashboards
• Provide clear and structured updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders
• Ensure transparency and alignment across all project phases
• Partner closely with IT and Security teams on initiatives involving MFA implementation, upgrades, and optimization
• Provide leadership in resolving complex technical and security-related challenges
• Ensure projects align with enterprise security standards and compliance requirements
• Manage relationships with senior stakeholders across IT, Risk, Compliance, and Business units
• Lead cross-functional coordination and drive alignment between competing priorities
• Facilitate executive-level meetings, steering committees, and decision-making forums
• Act as the main point of contact for project communication
