UX Designer (Partner Experience - Product Catalog)

In the Partner Experience domain, focusing on the end-to-end experience of Partners including Merchants and Brands. The role involves shaping how Partners interact with the Product Catalog and optimizing their listing tools, which are critical to their success on the platform.

• Proven track record of translating complex business logic into user-friendly interfaces.
• Comfortable working with data-driven KPIs and technical constraints.
• Strong communication skills to navigate diverse stakeholder perspectives and advocate for the Partner experience.
• Ability to search for efficient solutions to meet users' requirements.
• English language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Polish language proficiency at minimum C1 level.

• Shaping the journey: Designing core Product Catalog-related processes and seamless listing channels for Partners.
• End-to-end design: Translating user needs and business goals into clear, practical solutions, delivering everything from high-level concepts to production-ready assets.
• Collaboration: Working closely with Product, Tech, and Research to validate ideas and iterate quickly in an agile environment.
• Stakeholder management: Uniting and balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders across the organization.
