QA Lead / Quality Assurance Manager

• Proven track record in leading QA teams and quality processes.
• Proficiency in SQL and Linux for system validation.
• Practical, hands-on experience in Agile environments.
• Strong ability to communicate with both technical and business stakeholders.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Playwright or Robot Framework.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Apache Kafka, and Git.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
• ISTQB certification.

• Defining QA strategy, quality standards, and the roadmap.
• Designing risk-based tests and maintaining full test documentation.
• Leading, mentoring, and coordinating work within distributed teams.
• Deeply embedding QA into the SDLC/STLC and Agile workflows.
• Coordinating manual and automated testing efforts.
• Handling defect tracking and reporting via JIRA and Xray.
