Product Manager - Partners' Experience (Product Catalog)

Allegro is seeking a Product Manager to work within the Product Catalog area, focusing on transforming the customer journey by introducing structured, high-integrity product data across key verticals.

• Proven track record as a Product Manager in a technology-driven environment.
• Expertise in collaborating with others to achieve common objectives.
• Ability to independently manage stakeholders up to Executive level and build long-lasting relationships based on trust.
• Possess a continuous improvement mindset and ability to establish this culture within the team.
• Act as a thought partner for Engineering and UX Design counterparts to drive joint prioritization.
• Experience in Agile methodologies and managing complex product backlogs.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear technology roadmaps and vice versa.
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level.
• Polish language proficiency at minimum C1 level.

• Develop and execute the tech-platform-product vision, roadmaps, and timelines for the Product Catalog.
• Lead a development team to deliver features that introduce standardized product data, improving naming consistency and imagery.
• Engage team members and stakeholders with a compelling product vision, ensuring understanding of their impact and future direction.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog to align with strategic goals.
• Facilitate communication across different teams to ensure alignment on the Enhanced Category Experience goals.
