Frontend Developer (React, Next)

ITFS Sp. z o.o. is hiring for a frontend developer role with a focus on React, TypeScript, and Next.js technologies. The position involves working in a hybrid model in Warsaw, Poland.

• Minimum 5 years of experience with React and TypeScript
• Very good knowledge of React 19+ including Hooks, Suspense, and Server Components
• Experience with Next.js and Backend For Frontend (BFF) patterns
• Experience in state and data management (XState, TanStack Query)
• Knowledge of Tailwind CSS v4+
• Practical experience in testing (Vitest, React Testing Library, Playwright)
• Ability to work in a monorepo architecture
• Effective use of AI tools in daily code production
• Knowledge of secure coding principles (OWASP Top 10) and application performance (Core Web Vitals)
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level

Nice to have:

• Experience with React Native and Expo
• Knowledge of analytical tools (e.g., Synerise, Firebase) and Observability
• Experience configuring CI/CD (GitLab)
• Knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility standards

• Deliver frontend features from UI/UX layer to business logic
• Write high-quality TypeScript code with extensive test coverage
• Develop shared components, hooks, and tools within a monorepo for Web and Mobile platforms
• Actively participate in code reviews focusing on maintainability, performance, and security
• Monitor and optimize application performance as a key architectural parameter
• Implement and optimize development processes supported by AI agents
• Enforce performance budgets in CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate with architects to unify cross-platform solutions
• Mentor and enhance technical competencies within the team
