• Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
• Have completed higher education (or are in your final semester of studies)
• Want to start working in IT and business
• Comfortable working both in a team and independently
• Can efficiently organise your work time
• Think analytically and are good at solving problems
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Analysing customer requirements, creating or verifying technical specifications
• Designing new system functionalities and developing existing areas
• Supervising the quality of implemented solutions and their compliance with specifications
• Configuring insurance products, creating SQL scripts, building documents (XML/XSLT)
• Analysing and investigating the causes of errors
• Communicating with developers, testers and business analysts
