• Completed higher education, at least first degree
• Knowledge of English at a minimum B2 level
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and strong motivation to act
• Ability to work in a team and carry out individual tasks
• Communication and interpersonal skills

• Reviewing and creating test documentation (scenarios, test cases)
• Performing various types of tests (e.g. functional, regression, retests)
• Analysing and identifying the causes of errors and recording them with steps for replication
• Creating test progress reports
• Cooperating with business analysts and developers
