• 0–1+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience (internships, academic projects, or Trailhead practice are welcome).
• Exposure to Service Cloud and/or Sales Cloud is a plus; interest in Data Cloud/Customer 360 is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of Salesforce configuration (e.g., profiles/permissions, objects, reports/dashboards, flows) and willingness to learn testing and deployment processes.
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken). English is the company language.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator certification is a plus (or active progress on Trailhead and learning pathways).
• Familiarity or interest in learning GitHub, Azure DevOps, Gearset, and ServiceNow; experience with any is a plus but not required.

• Assist with understanding business requirements and help translate them into clear user stories and configurations under guidance.
• Support configuration of Salesforce (e.g., fields, page layouts, validation rules, flows) in collaboration with consultants, developers, and architects.
• Help prepare documentation, release notes, and user guides to ensure business readiness.
• Participate in testing (e.g., creating test cases, executing tests) and support go-live and hypercare activities.
• Monitor and triage basic platform issues, escalating as needed, and contribute to continuous improvements.
• Learn and follow Agile and DevOps practices, including stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
