gTech Ads is responsible for support and media and technical services for customers across Google's Ad products stack. The team provides a range of services from self-help and in-product support to complex technical and measurement solutions and consultative support for large customers. They partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to develop better solutions, tools, and services to improve products and client experience globally.


Wymagania

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 15 years of experience in customer relationship development with digital media or digital marketing/advertising solutions.
  • 8 years of experience leading, mentoring, and developing teams.
  • 5 years working with digital media or digital marketing/advertising solutions.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders across organizational boundaries to influence and align resources.
  • Experience with offline media, brand lift, marketing measurement and attribution techniques (e.g., offline measurement, MMM, MTA, attribution) and Google advertising products (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Marketing Platform).
  • Knowledge of media industry issues to advance Google's strategies.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication, business judgment, investigative skills, and experience using data to drive strategy and business action, including presentations to executive audiences.

  • Partner with executive stakeholders to build and drive a holistic strategy and narrative for the organization.
  • Lead a team of high performing managers and digital marketing strategists collaborating with Central Europe Mid-Market Sales teams to drive marketing objectives and account level excellence.
  • Lead gTech Ads Google Cloud Solution (GCS) initiatives for the Central Europe business and deliver measurable business results.
  • Achieve quarterly goals and growth objectives for multiple segments at the cluster/market level.
  • Enable the team to problem solve for customer lifetime value by fulfilling business and marketing objectives.
