Tester/ka Manualny/a (Regular)

• Ability to clearly formulate thoughts in writing and write user manuals
• Strong attention to detail and curiosity for finding bugs
• Experience in e-commerce testing, especially checkout processes and purchase paths
• Teamwork skills
• Experience working in agile methodologies
• Proficiency with smartphones and Windows OS
• Fluent communication in English (spoken and written)
• Familiarity with internet browsers, Responsive Web Design, UX, and current trends
• Good aesthetic sense
• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Magento 2, Shopware, or Shopify
• Experience testing native mobile applications on Android and iOS, digital accessibility, performance, or security testing
• Automation experience with Playwright and TypeScript, visual regression testing, or AI testing
• Knowledge of German language or willingness to learn
• Experience with Contentful or Commercetools
• Junior candidates with relevant skills are encouraged to apply

• Manual testing of e-commerce projects at various development stages (web and mobile applications), including functional, regression, performance, digital accessibility testing, and usability evaluation
• Testing on computers and various mobile testing devices
• Using TestRail for writing and managing test cases
• Using Slack for communication, Google Meet and Teams for meetings, JIRA for task management, and direct or PM-mediated client communication
• Direct collaboration with developers and project managers in Polish and English

During the probation period, daily in-person testing collaboration is required; candidates must be located in or near Kraków or Rybnik. Only selected candidates will be invited to interviews after passing previous recruitment stages.
