IT Support Specialist (m/f/d)

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar IT support role
• Good knowledge of M365 and Windows client administration
• Experience in IT incidents and service request handling
• Basic knowledge of IT asset and license management
• Good English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Strong communication skills and service-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Hands-on and flexible working style
• Experience in user training, documentation, and technical communication is a plus

• Act as the local IT contact person and main interface between business departments and IT
• Process, coordinate, and escalate IT incidents and service requests
• Prepare and configure laptops, including hardware setup and provisioning (onboarding & offboarding)
• Manage IT licenses and assets, including lifecycle management
• Support end users through trainings, user guidance, and technical support
• Create and maintain IT documentation, instructions, and technical communications
