Software Project Manager (PLM/MOM)

• Experience managing end-to-end software delivery implementation projects
• Practical knowledge of PLM/MOM environments; Teamcenter or Opcenter is a plus
• Experience with SAP/ERP implementation projects in production environments
• Experience working with enterprise clients in commercial models
• Practice in managing project budgets, margins, and forecasting
• Very good command of English and Polish languages
• Experience in risk, scope, and schedule management of projects

• Manage the full lifecycle of implementation projects from initiation to post go-live support
• Define delivery approach in collaboration with sales and service management
• Clarify roles, responsibilities, and client expectations at project start
• Analyze requirements, define scope, and agree on business objectives
• Actively manage risks, issues, and coordinate corrective actions
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and client teams
• Responsible for project budget, profitability, progress monitoring, and forecasting
• Build relationships with clients and partners and support project communication
• Occasional travel to client locations as needed
