IT Project Manager

SMYK sp. z o.o. is a leader in the Polish retail market for children's products, operating over 200 stores in Poland and abroad. The company successfully manages both traditional stores and an online shop, creating a modern, integrated omnichannel network. IT at SMYK plays a key role in business development, supporting sales, logistics, store operations, and customer experience.

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing IT projects
• Experience in retail, e-commerce, or omnichannel environments (preferred)
• Practical knowledge of various project management methodologies
• Ability to adapt work style to team and business context
• Very good organizational skills and independence
• Awareness of software development processes
• Knowledge of business and functional analysis (requirements, mockups, prototypes)
• Advanced English language skills

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of systems such as e-commerce, POS, ERP, WMS, OMS

• Manage IT projects in retail/omnichannel environment
• Plan and coordinate work of project teams and external suppliers
• Collaborate with business stakeholders (e-commerce, logistics, operations, marketing, HR, finance)
• Select and apply appropriate project methodologies (waterfall, agile, hybrid)
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, and risks
• Ensure effective communication and transparency of progress
• Support teams in self-organization and decision-making
• Ensure delivery of real business value
