Payroll Process Lead

• Proven experience in Polish payroll operations, including preparing and submitting settlements for organizations of 500+ employees while ensuring full legal and regulatory compliance.
• Experience in leading payroll implementations, optimizing end-to-end processes, driving payroll improvements, and supporting payroll transitions.
• Several years of professional experience in payroll or HR operations, demonstrating strong expertise and consistent, high-quality performance.
• Strong ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage responsibilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, advanced formulas, data analysis tools) and experience working with HR systems such as SAP HR, TETA, or similar.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Background in project or team management is not required but will be considered a strong advantage.

• Reviewing payroll processes to ensure compliance, accuracy, and operational efficiency, and recommending improvements.
• Providing expert support to managers through insights, reporting, and contribution to operational and strategic decision-making.
• Independently addressing and resolving complex payroll issues, leading implementations, optimizing end-to-end processes, driving payroll improvements, and supporting payroll transitions.
• Supporting the team leader in delivering substantive training and guidance to less experienced team members.
• Preparing reports and analyses as required.
