AI Marketing Developer

Tidio Poland is hiring for a role that intersects AI, marketing, and frontend development to build AI-powered tools and automations impacting marketing results.

• 2+ years of hands-on commercial programming experience
• Experience building end-to-end products independently
• Daily use of AI tools with informed opinions on their effectiveness
• Ability to go from idea to working product without waiting for specifications
• Solid understanding of modern web stack including Next.js, server components, basic backend, and production deployment
• Ability to work directly with non-technical stakeholders such as marketing and CEO
• Experience with Next.js and understanding of its use cases
• Familiarity with Vercel and Supabase or comparable stacks
• Experience or exploration of automation tools like N8N and understanding of integrations and data flows
• Experimentation with AI creative tools such as ElevenLabs or AI video/content generation
• Critical perspective on AI tools and their practical applications
• Experience working in a product company with understanding of business impact

Nice to have:

• Own side projects, experiments, or shipped products
• Comfortable discussing AI tools critically

• Build AI-powered tools, automations, and experiments that directly impact marketing results
• Turn ideas into working solutions fast: landing pages, internal tools, growth experiments, brand deployments
• Work daily with LLMs (Claude, GPT, Cursor, etc.) including prompting, iterating, and shipping
• Unify multiple brands into one consistent technical ecosystem (tools, flows, deployment pipelines)
• Eliminate manual work by automating tasks currently done by hand
• Integrate AI into real marketing workflows: content production, campaign tooling, partner platforms
