IT Business Analyst (AI/Automation)

• Minimum 3 years of experience as IT Analyst or related role (e.g., Tech/Business Consultant)
• Experience in business, system, and process analysis
• Understanding of IT solution architecture (Enterprise/Business Architecture) at conceptual level
• Ability to assess technology implementation justification and select appropriate approach
• Practical experience with Python
• Knowledge of AI/automation solutions (e.g., AI agents) and practical application
• Ability to translate business needs into technological solutions
• Familiarity with planning and modeling tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
• Ability to define KPI/OKR and measure implementation effectiveness
• Understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum work
• Ability to work independently, make decisions, and recommend solutions
• Good communication skills at business and technical levels

Nice to have:

• Experience with Ferryt platform
• Experience in automation or AI projects (implementation, not only conceptual)
• Experience working in large organizations (e.g., financial sector)
• Collaboration with software houses or technology providers
• Knowledge of TCO/ROI analysis
• Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Ability to map processes (BPMN, BPMS)

• Identifying and initiating optimization actions in business and IT processes
• Conducting business, system, and process analyses focusing on efficiency and real business value
• Assessing the justification for technological implementations, especially automation and AI solutions
• Developing solution architecture concepts and recommending implementation approaches
• Practical use of tools (including Ferryt) for process optimization
• Collaborating with teams and suppliers on technological initiatives
• Defining success metrics (KPI/OKR) and monitoring implementation effects
• Analyzing and settling returns from implemented optimizations (ROI, efficiency)
• Supporting portfolio management of initiatives and prioritization
• Ongoing monitoring of optimization roadmap and progress
• Identifying risks and forecasting initiative feasibility
• Supervising budget and its effective use
