Senior Java Developer

Development of a flagship application for a client in the insurance industry. The application is an innovative operational database allowing multi-channel operation recording with fast data read times from the frontend, serving thousands of clients. It supports multiple systems simultaneously with a focus on performance.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Java-based projects
• Experience with SpringBoot, Spring, Hibernate
• Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases
• Openness to business contact, creativity, and engagement
• Care for high quality of developed solutions
• Value teamwork
• Fluent communication in Polish

Nice to have:

• Experience in the insurance industry

• Implement approximately 70-80% of application solutions using Java technology
• Maintain the application for about 20-30% of the time
• Strong focus on unit and integration tests with thorough code reviews
• Collaborate in a 6-person team of experienced developers emphasizing code quality and testing
• Participate in Agile methodology processes
• Work remotely with 2-3 days per month in the office in central Warsaw
