Software Security Technical Delivery Lead

• 10+ years in software engineering with recent hands-on expertise in Java, Python, Node.js, or Go
• Strong experience leading cross-functional teams using Agile (Scrum/Kanban)
• In-depth knowledge of GCP services: GKE, Cloud Run, Cloud SQL (PostgreSQL), Identity-Aware Proxy
• Proven DevSecOps expertise: secrets management (KMS), container security, compliance-as-code
• Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform)
• Stakeholder management and ability to shape delivery strategy across multiple domains
• Data-driven mindset using DORA metrics to improve delivery excellence

Nice to have:

• Experience in regulated environments or FinTech
• Knowledge in cost optimization on GCP

Technical Orchestration:

• Align technology execution with business outcomes
• Proactively address architectural risks and technical debt

DevSecOps Leadership:

• Ensure delivery meets compliance, automation, and "definition of done" criteria
• Manage risk across the product

Delivery Governance:

• Monitor sprint health
• Resolve blockers
• Guarantee high-quality delivery in Agile setup

Hands-on Support:

• Conduct code reviews
• Debug Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform)
• Troubleshoot incidents as needed

Open Source Advocacy:

• Guide tool selection and adoption to reduce vendor dependency and increase scalability
